System support is perhaps the most integral part of any POS system.  A Task Manager system support program ensures you personal interaction with experienced staff.  As a valued member of the TMPOS network program you will receive all the assistance you require to successfully run your POS system.

It is understandable that every venue has different needs.  For this reason we have tailored two support programs to ensure you will be able to get the assistance you require.

Bronze Level Support

  • UNLIMITED system support calls logged to the Task Manager POS office Monday – Friday

  • Remote PC assistance - This means we can connect into your server from where we are and use it just like you do. This amazing and secure tool means we can provide the help you need just like we were standing at the server with you.

  • Assistance with Product Creation, Specials, Happy Hours, Stocktakes, Invetory Transfers and all Back of House operations!

  • Assistance with setting up and ALL hardware and programming in the back office.

  • Full support of your Printers, Scanners and all other peripheral equipment associated with the POS system!

  • We provide full support to help you to get the Task Manager or SwiftPOS back office software to interface with other programs like ACCOUNTING PACKAGES, FRONT OF HOUSE PACKAGES and OTHER TERTIRARY PARTIES....(i.e MYOB, MAXGaming, DaCom etc)

 
Gold Level Support

  • INCLUDES ALL BRONZE LEVEL FEATURES ++++

  • Longer support period (Monday to Sunday)

  • Remote PC assistance

 

This service is designed as an ongoing system support / help line to clients that have been trained on the basic operations of the system at the time of installation.
