Bronze Software Support Program -

- Unlimited system support calls logged to the Task Manager POS office Monday – Friday

- Remote PC assistance during the above times - This means we can connect into your server from where we are and use it just like you do. This amazing tool means we can provide the help you need just like we were standing at the server with you.

- Assistance with Product Creation, Specials, Happy Hours, Stocktakes, Invetory Transfers and all Back of House operations.

- Assistance with all hardware questions.

- Full support of your Printers, Scanners and all other peripheral equipment associated with the POS system

- We provide full assistance helping you to get the Task Manager or SwiftPOS back office software to import/export from other programs (i.e MYOB, MAXGaming etc)

 
Gold Software Support Program -
- INCLUDES BRONZE SUPPORT +++++

- Unlimited system support calls logged to the Task Manager POS office Monday – Sunday

- Remote PC assistance during the above times.

-Priority service over Bronze level support customers.

 


This service is designed as an ongoing system support / help line to clients that have been trained on the basic operations of the system at the time of installation.


Depending on your level of experience using the Task Manager Software and associated Quest Hardware, you may require system support from our technical staff at Task Manager POS.Persons who have no prior knowledge of the system should undergo a training session with an Task Manager POS staff member
