SUPPORT & TRAINING

It is understandable that every venue has different needs.  For this reason we have tailored three support programs to ensure you will be able to get the assistance you require. For more information  contact us and ask about your desired support package.

TMPOS utilises TeamViewer as our preferred remote access utility. There are two options for this connection shown below.

 

1. "Host" tool that allows fast access more than once so that you don't have to keep downloading the support tool over and over again.

2.  "Quick Support" program that allows one time access for assistance.

Just click on the one that you require to download.

System support is perhaps the most integral part of any POS system.  A TMPOS system support program assures you personal interaction with experienced staff.
